Vernon Fire Association, Inc.
The VFAI is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization that was formed in June of 2010, to help financially supplement the Vernon Fire Department.
The mission of the Vernon Fire Association Inc. is to support the VFD in their calling to prevent and suppress fires, provide emergency medical services, promote public safety, and foster positive community relations with the citizens of the town of Vernon and surrounding communities. Since our inception, we have been able to provide the VFD with new apparel, equipment, tools, station supplies and much more! Every year, the VFAI hosts fundraisers for the Vernon Fire Department, such as our Corned Beef Dinner, Ham Supper and Breakfast with Santa. Additionally, we also purchase all the materials and process the orders for the green reflective address signs that the VFD often promotes on their social media pages.
